PennyPilot is a personal finance dashboard that helps you organise uploaded statements, monthly spending, recurring bills, and notes.

You are responsible for the information you add and for checking imported results before relying on them.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activities carried out through your account.

You must use an email address you control so we can help with support, billing, and deletion requests.

• Free accounts include a limited statement-upload allowance.
• Monthly membership renews until cancelled through Stripe.
• Lifetime membership is a one-time payment for access while PennyPilot continues operating in its current form.

Billing is processed through Stripe. Monthly plans can be managed through the Stripe billing portal. Any refund or billing exception is handled subject to applicable law and payment-provider rules.

You must only upload statements you are entitled to use. Uploaded statement files are stored privately for your account and used to generate statement history, recurring bill suggestions, spending breakdowns, and dashboard totals.

You can delete individual statements yourself in Uploads, and you can request full account deletion by contacting support.

Do not use PennyPilot to upload unlawful content, interfere with the service, or try to access other users' data.

PennyPilot provides organisational and budgeting tools. It does not provide regulated financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, or accounting advice.

We aim to keep PennyPilot available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect categorisation, or error-free imports at all times.

You can delete saved statement files yourself in Uploads. To request closure of your account and deletion of remaining account data, email support@pennypilot.app from the email address on your account.
