If you need help with billing, statement uploads, account access, or deletion requests, the fastest route is email.
For quicker help, include your account email, the statement date range if relevant, and a short note on what went wrong.

Billing help
For monthly memberships, you can manage or cancel recurring payments in the Stripe billing portal from the Billing page.
If something looks wrong with a charge, contact support@pennypilot.app.
Statement uploads and imports
If a statement will not upload or import correctly, include the statement date range and a short description of what happened so we can help faster.
PennyPilot is currently best suited to UK bank statements at launch, and we can expand support as we review real customer samples.
You can delete saved statements yourself in Uploads at any time.
Account and deletion requests
To request account closure or deletion of remaining account data, email support@pennypilot.app from the address on your account.
This is separate from deleting individual saved statements, which you can already do yourself inside Uploads.
