PennyPilot is the service that provides your dashboard, billing, statement uploads, and statement-based monthly view.

If you have questions about this notice or want help with your data, email support@pennypilot.app.

• Your account details, such as your email address and optional profile photo.
• Your billing status and Stripe customer or payment references.
• Your dashboard data, including notes, bills, budgets, and manually added items.
• Your uploaded statement PDFs and the parsed transaction data needed to power statement history, recurring bill detection, and your monthly view.

• We do not ask for your online banking password or security answers.
• We do not use open-banking access in the current product.
• We do not deliberately keep more bank-statement data than is needed to provide uploads, imports, history, and recurring bill detection.

• To create and secure your account.
• To process payments and confirm your plan status.
• To store uploaded statements privately and turn them into dashboard insights.
• To show you statement history, spending snapshots, and recurring bill suggestions.
• To answer support requests and handle deletion requests.

Uploaded statement PDFs are stored in a private Supabase Storage bucket and are only made available through authenticated access or short-lived signed links generated for your account.

Parsed statement metadata is stored in our database so your dashboard can show monthly snapshots, current statement totals, imported transactions, and recurring bill detection.

You can set an automatic statement retention period inside Uploads, and you can also remove any saved statement yourself at any time.

When you delete a saved statement from Uploads, PennyPilot removes both the saved statement record and the stored PDF file used for that upload.

To request account deletion and removal of the remaining account data, email support@pennypilot.app from the address on your account.

• Supabase for authentication, database storage, and private file storage.
• Stripe for payments, billing status, and customer portal management.

We only share the information needed for those services to perform their role in the product.

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, or help with your stored data.

If you are unhappy with how your personal data has been handled, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
